The information/data and pictures on this site are subject to revision without notice and I, Jane Harvey, may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. No work will be reproduced without my express permission.

All intellectual property rights in and to the site are the property of myself and/or Sunnysnaps Photography and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute or create derivative works of any part of the site for personal or commercial gain, nor assist any third party to distribute or commercially exploit all or any part of this site.

In the normal course of browsing through the site, I agree to your printing or downloading information and pictures to any electronic device for personal use provided that I am acknowledged as the source and Copyright Watermark(s) are not tampered with. Any referencing to my work must reference to this site – www.janeharveyartist.co.uk - and that I may revoke this permission at any time.

None of my work will be reproduced for sale in any format without express written permission.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is a breach of Copyright to Produce Prints from my works that you have purchased, without obtaining a license from me.

You understand that I may make prints or greetings cards from commissions that I produce, if you wish to have an exclusive commission, please ask for this to be included in the commission quotation.

Commissions

On commissioning a portrait, landscape etc., The agreed deposit fee must be paid before the commencement of the work.

Having agreed on a price of the commission and paid a deposit, if requested, you are entering into a contract and agree to pay in full on completion.

You understand that there is an extra charge for framing unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering the commission.

All work is created using oils on canvas in the traditional style unless otherwise agreed at the time of order.

I work primarily from photographs preferably taken by me if practical to do so, however, if this is not possible, I can work from Photographs you supply, providing they are of sufficient resolution, detail and correct in colour.

Size of canvas must be chosen at the time of Quotation / Order.

Delivery of the work will be agreed at the time of order. If the delivery is not defined, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange.

Viewing of the work once commenced, will only be allowed with express permission of the artist.

On completion, you will be invited to view the finished work or can be sent a photograph, prior to varnish being applied. At this point, you agree to pay any outstanding balance due for the comission and subsiquent delivery if applicatable.

The completed works may not be altered, changed or defaced in anyway without the express permission of the artist.

The completed works may not be exhibited without permission of the artist and must be fully agreed and attributed to the artist.

Tuition

One to one or group tuition must be paid for in advance prior to the commencement.

Dates, times and venue to be fully agreed before the commencement of the tuition.

No refund will be given on lack of attendance.

Group Tuition

Numbers will be limited to 10 persons unless previously agreed.

Learners under the age of 14 must have written permission from parent or guardian.

Materials can be provided by me and reasonable prices.
